What you'll be doing
n
n
Working alongside an experienced Property Manager who will support your growth and training on a daily basis
n
Communicate with tenants and landlords
n
End to End leasing - including open homes, private inspections, application processing, ingoing inspections
n
Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
n
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works for properties
n
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in our property management software
n
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is a must
n
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar property management or leasing role. This role may also suit someone with reception or admin experience in real estate looking to advance their career and skills.
n
Experience in Console, IRE and Agentbox preferred, but not necessary
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
n
A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work autonomously
n
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicleWillingness to work rotating Saturdays
