About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced IT Stakeholder Engagement Manager to act as the primary liaison between Technology/IT teams and business stakeholders within a complex ICT program.
n
You will build trusted relationships, understand business priorities, support alignment between technology initiatives and organisational objectives, and ensure stakeholder needs are represented throughout the delivery lifecycle.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders while acting as the primary point of contact between IT Program teams and assigned business functions.
n
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
n
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including facilitating governance forums, steering committees, workshops, and executive briefings.
n
Identify and manage stakeholder concerns and escalations and facilitate resolution of conflicts between business requirements and technical constraints.
n




Identify stakeholder impacts and resistance points to develop engagement approaches that support successful implementation and business readiness.

Essential
n
n
Significant experience working in large, complex digital transformation programs involving stakeholder engagement, business relationship management, program management or technology delivery.
n
Strong executive-level stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility and effective relationships with IT and business leaders.
n
Experience developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
n
Experience facilitating governance forums, steering committees, workshops and executive briefings.
n
Solid experience managing stakeholder concerns, issues and escalations.
n
Demonstrated ability to facilitate consensus between business requirements and technical constraints.
n
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
n
Experience supporting technology implementation, business readiness and solution adoption.
n

Desirable
n
n
Agile certification.
n
PRINCE2 certification.
n
Change Management certification, such as Prosci or equivalent.
n
Experience developing reports to measure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement effectiveness.
n
Experience analysing and improving engagement processes, governance and communication practices.
