Customer service? You've got it. You'll be the friendly face our trade customers rely on, building strong relationships and keeping their projects on track.

Mix it up every day. From taking orders to managing dispatches, invoicing, and maybe even jumping in as a back‐up driver – no two days will be the same.

Work hard, but leave work on time. You'll be on the clock Monday to Friday, 6AM to 3PM. Early knock-offs = more time for you!

What We're Looking For:
n
People person. You know how to chat and connect with customers and teammates.
n
Problem solver. You love figuring things out and making sure everything runs smoothly.
n
A little industry know-how helps. If you're familiar with plumbing or building supplies, awesome! If not, we'll show you the ropes.
n
Forklift license? If you've got it, even better! If not, don't sweat it—we can sort that out.
n
Safety first. You're cool with following safety procedures and learning as you go.

As a Back up MR Driver:
n
You will complete local deliveries to various trade customer sites.
n
Pick and check orders prior to delivery.
n
Inwards goods/Stock receipt.
n
Maintain a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles.
n
MR Driver's license. A valid, current Australian MR driver's license.
n
Be able to drive a manual medium rigid truck or ute with roof racks
n
Excellent physical fitness to be comfortable to load and unload pipe from roof racks.
