About the role
n To contribute to water, sewerage and gas maintenance, construction, and compliance activities to ensure the provision of a safe, reliable and sustainable utilities network for the community and Council infrastructure and facilities.

What we're looking for include;
n
Certificate III in Plumbing
n
General Construction Induction (White) Card
n
Current C (Car) Class Driver Licence
n
Current National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain
n
Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
n
Able to complete the following within 12 months of commencement the following;
n
Council Verification of Skill Level to Competently Operate a Backhoe* (In-house
n
assessment)
n
n
Apply First Aid and Provide CPR*
n
Operate Breathing Apparatus – Open & Closed circuits*
n
Working at Heights*
n
Working in Confined Spaces*
n
Authorised Person & Local Government Worker Training*
n
n
