Great prospect for a full-time Chef looking to join a supportive kitchen from an experienced team in Redcliffe, Queensland.

We are looking for an outstanding person who has right skills and experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and contemporary innovative food.

About You:
n
n
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional environment
n
Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
n
Must have Diploma qualifications or trade experience equivalent
n
Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
n
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
n
Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
n
Have experience in menu planning
n
Be able to guide and train junior chefs and cooks
n
Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
n
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
n
Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
