This is a full time position working across trading hours, including every second Saturday. You'll be the go-to beauty expert in store — delivering personalised makeovers and skincare consultations — while also stepping into the spotlight as the face of social media channels.

Key responsibilities

Delivering genuine, personalised customer makeovers and skincare consultations in store
n
Representing the brand on social media — creating engaging content, sharing looks and connecting with the online community
n
Growing social following and converting online engagement into in-store visits and sales
n
Recommending, demonstrating and applying cosmetic and skincare products with confidence
n
Staying on top of beauty trends, new launches and product knowledge, and sharing it with the team
n
Driving sales through regime and solution selling, increasing basket size and units per transaction
n




Creating everyday moments of care that make every customer feel valued
n

About you

A recognised beauty or cosmetology qualification
n
Confidence and comfort on camera and creating social media content
n
Hands-on experience — or genuine enthusiasm — for doing customer makeovers
n
A real passion for beauty products, trends and continuous learning
n
Warmth, empathy and confidence engaging with a diverse range of customers
n
Flexibility to work full time, including every second Saturday
