Care Manager
n Fantatsic Care Manager opportunity available with a large Not For Profit aged care provider Tropical North Queensland.
n These roles would suit experienced Care Managers or strong Clinical Coordinators and senior Registered Nurses looking for their first opportunity to step into management.
n
What's On Offer:

$60–$62 per hour + super + salary packaging.
n
Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday positions.
n
Flexible working hours available.
n
Five weeks annual leave.
n
Salary packaging advantages of up to $18,549 per year.

Work closely with experienced Service Managers and broader support teams.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead and support Registered Nurses and care teams across the service.
n
Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical reviews.
n
Drive high standards of clinical practice, documentation and resident outcomes.
n




Support AN-ACC documentation and effective clinical processes.
n
Ensure strong clinical governance and aged care compliance.
n
Mentor clinical staff and build capability across the team.
n
Build positive relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
n
n
Essentials:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Previous residential aged care or relevant clinical experience.
n
Experience mentoring, coordinating or supporting clinical teams.
n
Sound knowledge of care planning, documentation and clinical governance.
n
Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skills.
n
Current CPR, First Aid and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
n
