Machine Operators - Day and Afternoon shift

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Mixers/Batchers/Production
Machine Operatorsto join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in production or manufacturing who is comfortable working with chemicals and enjoys a varied, physically active role.
n
Day shift - $***** per hour + super - Mon - Th -6am-2.30pm, Fri 6am-*****pm
n
Afternoon shift – $***** per hour + super - Mon-Th 2.30pm – *****pm, Fri 2.30pm-9pm
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Batching and mixing raw materials in accordance with production schedules and formulas
n
Operating and monitoring mixing and batching equipment
n
Handling and measuring chemicals in line with safety procedures and SDS requirements
n
Pick and packing of finished products
n
Manual handling of raw materials and finished goods
n
General cleaning and housekeeping of production and mixing areas
n




Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
n
Adhering to WHS, environmental, and site safety procedures at all times
n
Supporting other areas of the factory as required
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a batcher, mixer, or machine operator in a manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
n
Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict safety guidelines
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and instructions
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
n
Forklift licence ESSENTIAL
n
