The Role
n
As a Paediatric OT, you'll support children and young people with diverse developmental, functional, and disability-related needs. You'll assess, plan, and deliver individualised, evidence-based interventions — working closely with children, families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

What You'll Do
n
n
Delivering clinical services with a sustainable therapy hour target of 25 Therapy Hours/Week
n
Co-design meaningful therapy goals with children, parents, and carers
n
Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
n
Support fine/gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, play, and social/school participation
n
Track progress and adapt plans as needed
n
Coach and support families with practical home strategies
n
Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
n
Liaise with support coordinators, educators, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
n
Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare professional reports
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 6 months' clinical experience (paediatric experience highly regarded)
n
Solid understanding of child development and OT practice
n
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
n
A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping kids thrive
n
Commitment to family-centred, strengths-based, evidence-informed practice
