n A well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm with 4 Directors and a team of around 20 staff, the firm services a premium client base including listed companies, well-known brands, and large groups with turnovers exceeding $100M across a wide range of industries.

The Role
n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant or emerging Manager who is ready to take ownership of a client portfolio while stepping into a leadership and mentoring capacity.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of high-quality clients across various industries
n
Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
n
Providing tax planning and advisory services
n
Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
n




Attending management meetings and contributing to firm-wide decisions
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
n
About You
n
n
6 + years' experience in Australian public practice
n
Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
n
Experience managing or reviewing staff (or readiness to step into this)
n
Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
n
Experience with cloud-based systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
n
