Job Description
We are seeking experienced Functional Automation Testers to support the delivery of enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Working within a cooperative Agile environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of modern business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

This is a hands-on testing role requiring a combination of manual testing expertise, automation development skills, and experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Analyse business and functional requirements and develop effective test strategies and test cases.
n
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
n
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
n
Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse-based applications.
n
Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
n
Support end-to-end business process validation across enterprise systems.
n
Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
n
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and project teams to ensure quality outcomes.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing practice.

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
Demonstrated experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform applications.
n
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
n

Strong automation testing experience using tools such as:

Playwright
n
Selenium
n
EasyRepro
n
Other comparable automation frameworks

Experience with API and integration testing using tools such as:

Postman/Newman
n
REST Assured
n
Playwright API Testing
n
Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency with:
n
Git or other source control platforms
n
Test management and defect tracking tools
n
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC principles.
n
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly across multiple projects and changing business priorities.
n

Additional Skills highly sought
n
n
ISTQB Automation Testing Certification or similar.
n
Deep experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power BI environments.
n
Experience testing server-side plugins, custom APIs, API Management integrations, and workplace configuration.
n
Previous experience working within Government or highly regulated environments.
