Sunshine Coast Rendering is an established, fast-growing company specialising in residential rendering and solid plastering. We're known across South-East Queensland for quality workmanship and reliability, and we're growing our crew. We're looking for an experienced Renderer / Solid Plasterer who takes pride in their work and wants secure, ongoing work with a good team.

Full-time package

Superannuation (12%): $7,313 – $8,518
n
Motor vehicle allowance: $22,000
n
Total package: $90,253 – $101,504

About the Role
n
You'll work across a range of residential projects, delivering a quality finish and a great experience for our clients. Your day-to-day work will include:

Preparing homes and surfaces for rendering
n
Mixing and applying render, and applying a range of rendering systems and finishes
n
Setting up and keeping organised, safe, tidy work areas
n
Working independently and as part of a small, skilled crew
n
Communicating with clients, builders and other trades on site
n
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced crew members
n
n
About You
n
n
5+ years' rendering or solid plastering experience (residential experience highly regarded)
n
Takes pride in quality work and has a good eye for detail
n
Reliable, with a strong work ethic
n
Works well in a crew and can work independently when needed
n
Communicates well and presents professionally
n
Takes workplace safety seriously
n
