What You'll Do
Provide Help Desk support to users across the business
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
Support Windows desktops, servers and network infrastructure
Assist with system upgrades and IT projects
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
About You
IT qualification and/or industry certifications
Minimum 4 years' IT support experience
Strong Windows Desktop, Server and Network Administration skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Current C Class Driver's Licence
