Working as part of our Production team, you'll help manufacture and package products for the coffee industry, while ensuring our high standards of quality, safety and efficiency are maintained. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be involved in setting up, operating, and monitoring food manufacturing and packaging equipment while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Beyond production there are opportunities to be involved in R&D; of new products.

Positions Available:
n
We have both Permanent Part time and Casual positions available.
n
Permanent Part-time: work a minimum 30h per week, with the opportunity for additional hours available, up to full time hours and permanent full-time. Work shift flexibility is available once trained and competency in workflow is proven. Above Award Rates
n
Casual positions will attract a 25% casual loading.
n

Key responsibilities
n
Operate and monitor food production machinery for optimal performance
n
Basic preparation and set up machines according to production schedules and product specifications
n
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
n




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required
n
Contribute to a clean, organised and efficient production environment
n
Have an eye for detail, thoroughness and accuracy, including when required to undertake routine and repetitive tasks
n
About you
n
High attention to detail and commitment to product quality
n
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
n
Able to lift up to 25 kilograms
n
High level of self-motivation and initiative
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
n
Ability to work unsupervised
n
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
n
Previous production or machine operating experience is advantageous but not essential
