You will work closely with clients and senior team members across a broad range of accounting and taxation matters.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
n
Tax planning and advisory work
n
Management of client relationships
n
Preparation of BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations
n
Assistance with business structuring and strategic advice
n
Liaising directly with the ATO and other stakeholders
n
n
About you
n
n
CPA or CA qualification (or be close to completion)
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in a professional accounting practice
n
Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting requirements
n
Experience working with SMEs, family groups and private clients
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n




Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Experience with Xero and other cloud-based accounting software
n
A proactive, client-focused approach
