About the role...

We are looking for a Supply Planner which will work across our Salomon softgoods and Wilson brands. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take ownership of end-to-end supply planning across assigned brands and categories—ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while balancing inventory, cost, and risk. You'll play a key role in translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, managing purchase orders, and providing clear visibility across inbound supply. Working cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and external suppliers, you'll help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Day to day responsibilities include;

Developing and maintaining supply plans aligned to forecasts and inventory targets
n
Managing purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
n
Monitoring inbound supply and proactively managing delays, shortages, or risks
n
Partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimise supply outcomes
n
Supporting inventory health and working capital through effective planning
n
Maintaining high data integrity across systems (ERP, planning tools)
n
Providing clear reporting and insights to support decision-making
n

You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and are confident navigating systems, data, and stakeholder relationships. You bring;

Demonstrated experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, or a related role
n
Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and purchasing principles
n
Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
n
Excellent attention to detail and system discipline
n
Confidence working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
n
