Coastal Cleans Co. is a growing exterior cleaning company servicing residential and commercial properties across the Central Coast and Newcastle.
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning Technician.
No exterior cleaning experience is required.
Full training is provided.
You'll start as a Trainee Technician on $35/hr, working alongside one of our experienced technicians while learning the skills, equipment and systems required to complete our work safely and to a high standard.
As your skills and responsibilities increase, so does your pay.
Your Career & Pay Progression
Trainee Technician — $35/hrLearn the role while working alongside an experienced technician.
Exterior Cleaning Technician — $40/hrProve you can safely and consistently complete jobs independently.
Senior Technician — $43/hrMaster the role and become capable of training and developing new technicians.
Crew Leader — $47/hrLead teams of 2–3 technicians and take responsibility for larger residential, commercial and industrial projects.
There are also future opportunities to progress into Operations / Field Supervisor positions at $55/hr for the right person.
Progression is based on demonstrated competency and responsibility — not simply time employed.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be trained across our exterior cleaning services, including:
Pressure washing
House soft washing
Roof cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Exterior window cleaning
Solar panel cleaning
Residential exterior cleaning
Commercial and industrial cleaning




You'll learn to safely operate skilled pressure washing, soft washing and water-fed pole equipment while following our cleaning and safety procedures.

A current Australian driver's licence is required.
Previous experience in pressure washing, cleaning, landscaping, construction, roofing, labouring or other hands-on work is advantageous, but not required.
