We're looking for a Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Pancake Parlour Doncaster.
n

Our Doncaster restaurant is conveniently located just minutes from Westfield Doncaster, with FREE on-site parking and easy access via the Eastern Freeway – making it an easy commute from Box Hill, Blackburn, Nunawading, Ringwood, Heidelberg and surrounding eastern and north-eastern suburbs.

At The Pancake Parlour, you'll play a key role in leading shifts, developing team members and creating the memorable experiences our guests have come to know and love.

Clear Pay Progression
n
You'll commence on the Restaurant Industry Award Level 3 rate while completing your Supervisor training. Once you've successfully completed your training, you'll receive the applicable Level 5 higher duties rate when rostered to perform the Supervisor role.
n
Applicable evening, weekend and public holiday penalty rates also apply in accordance with the Award.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience leading, coaching or supporting others and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
n
Is confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
n
Can stay calm, organised and make good decisions during busy service periods.
n
Brings reliability, accountability and a positive attitude to every shift.
n
Enjoys helping others develop and succeed.
n
Has hospitality experience, or leadership experience within retail or another fast‐paced customer‐focused environment.
n

Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience is highly regarded, but we're also interested in strong emerging leaders who are ready to step up.

The Fine Print
n
This is a permanent Full time position (38 hours per week) based at our Doncaster restaurant.
n
As a leader within the restaurant, you'll need flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes Friday and Saturday nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
n
The successful applicant must have valid Australian working rights and a reliable means of getting to and from work, including for later finishes.
