National Account Manager - Priceline/ API

About the role
We're looking for an experiencedNational Account Manager – Priceline & APIto take ownership of these strategically important pharmacy accounts and drive profitable, sustainable growth across the Care Pharmaceuticals portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy, you'll manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with Priceline, API and associated pharmacy banner groups, developing strong relationships across buying, merchandising, demand planning, marketing, eCommerce and operations.
This role requires someone who already understands the Priceline account.
You'll know how the customer operates, how to navigate its commercial environment and how to turn strong customer relationships and insights into growth.
Key responsibilities
Own and develop the commercial relationship across Priceline, API and relevant pharmacy banner groups
Develop and execute annual customer plans and Joint Business Plan initiatives
Deliver sales and gross profit objectives and identify opportunities across ranging, distribution, promotions and activation
Manage trade investment, promotional expenditure, rebates and brand allowances
Develop compelling commercial proposals and customer presentations
Analyse customer, scan,



market and promotional data to identify growth opportunities and build strong selling stories
Lead customer forecasting in partnership with Demand Planning and Supply Chain
Monitor customer profitability and promotional ROI and recommend actions to improve performance
Partner with Marketing and Trade Activation on brand plans, campaigns, new product launches and retail activation
Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Customer Service to deliver outstanding customer execution
About you
Previous experience working directly on the Priceline account is essential for this role
3–5 years' experience working with the Priceline account, ideally in an Account Manager/National Account Manager capacity
Robust experience within pharmacy, consumer healthcare, OTC pharmaceuticals or FMCG
A strong understanding of the Australian pharmacy channel and the commercial dynamics of Priceline/API
Demonstrated experience across customer planning, promotional planning, forecasting and trade investment
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of customer P&L; drivers
Confidence interpreting scan, customer and market data and turning insights into commercial opportunities
Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver
