Illawarra Toyota is looking for a full-time Customer Service – Call Centre Representative to join our Customer Care Team.
As a Customer Care/Call Centre Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Service Departments for our Customers, working in a busy Call Centre.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
Responding to high volumes of inbound phone calls, receiving service bookings and entering details into our Dealer Management System
Making outbound phone calls following up our customers to ensure they received excellent customer service
Meeting of set Key Performance Indicators and targets
Assisting and supporting the Service Advisers with customer enquiries
The skills and experience we are looking for:
Ability to work under pressure, be well organised and possess strong time management skills
Be an excellent communicator,



with an exceptional telephone manner
Possess a customer-centric focus by understanding our customers needs and expectations, creating a positive experience and building customer loyalty
Be a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
About the role:
This is a full-time role (Monday – to Friday) based in our Customer Care Centre.
On the job training will be provide to the successful applicant
