About the Role
As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of commercial refrigeration systems across our customer base.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering quality work, and values being part of a business that is continually improving how it operates.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
Complete preventative maintenance and breakdown work
Identify faults and provide practical solutions for customers
Maintain accurate digital job records and reporting
Work safely and professionally across a variety of sites
Contribute to a workplace focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Essential
Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current Driver Licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills




Professional communication and customer service skills
