ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to lead strategic governance and operational oversight of food safety across our national portfolio of 350 hotel kitchens.
Based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you will translate regulatory standards into practical kitchen floor actions and drive a proactive food safety culture.
You will design a unified FSMS, standardise compliance with FSANZ codes, and partner with procurement, learning and development to roll out training and verification
