About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a part time Clinical Trial Coordinator to join the team at AR Houston Medical in Kippa-Ring, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple clinical trials, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and data collection
Liaise with study sponsors, principal investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial implementation
Monitor study progress and participant safety, and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties
Maintain comprehensive and accurate trial records, including case report forms and regulatory documents
Assist with the preparation of study-related materials, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations

About you




Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulations, and Positive Clinical Practice guidelines
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of clinical trial management software and electronic data capture systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with study investigators, sponsors and regulatory bodies
A background in nursing, or research is advantageous
Preferred current APHRA registration
