About the role

Compassionate, skilled support workers to join a complex care team, supporting NDIS participants with high-quality, person-centred care. This is an prospect for workers who thrive in complex care settings and want consistent, well-paid shifts.

Key responsibilities
Provide support to NDIS participants with complex care needs
Deliver person-centred care in line with NDIS standards
Undertake sleepover shifts as available
Work weekend shifts as required

About you
Based in or able to reliably work in Millicent
Experience with dementia care highly regarded
Experience managing challenging behaviours highly regarded
Manual handling experience highly regarded
Genuine, caring approach and solid communication skills
Certificate III Individual Support




Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Police Check
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transport
