Your impact

Join our Petrol & Convenience team and manage an established territory across Redland Bay, the Gold Coast and the northern NSW border. You will work with national and state banners from National corporate sites, independent operators and multi-site groups to grow distribution, improve promotional execution and bring our non-alcohol portfolio to life in store.

This is a hands-on field role with a structured call cycle designed to maintain & build trusted customer relationships, investing your time & efforts that deliver the strongest commercial return.

What you’ll do
Manage relationships within the petrol and convenience channel
Plan an effective call cycle of approximately 12–15 visits each day
Execute monthly promotions, distribution and new product activity
Build displays and complete hands-on in-store merchandising
Influence decision-makers to improve space, visibility and execution
Resolve customer issues with a calm and practical approach

What you’ll bring
Customer-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality or service
Robust planning skills and confidence working autonomously
A resilient, practical approach to customer conversations
Comfort with daily driving and physical merchandising activity
A current Australian driver’s licence




FMCG or petrol and convenience experience is helpful, not essential
