We are seeking an experienced Butcher / Meat Worker / Knife Hand / Boner / Portion Cutter for early morning cutting operations (4:00am-7:00am), Monday to Friday.
This is a highly flexible role suited to experienced operators looking for:
Full-time employmentacross production and warehouse
Part-time early morning work(ideal if you want tomaintain other employment)
Contractor arrangementsfor skilled knife hands
Key Responsibilities
Portion cutting meat tocustomer specifications
Bandsaw operation(essential)
Boning, trimming, slicing and knife work
Maintainingyield, consistency and product quality
Working withinfood safety / HACCP standards
General production / warehouse duties (full time roles)
Skills & Experience
Experience as abutcher, meat worker, knife hand, boner or portion cutter
Strongbandsaw experience(essential)
Ability toportion cut accurately to weight and spec




Reliable with ability to workearly morning shifts (4am start)
Experience infast-paced meat processing environments
Pay & Benefits
$38 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and arrangement)
Monday-Friday only - no weekend work
Flexible arrangements to suitfull-time, part-time or contractor engagement
Opportunity to work morning shift and continue other employment
