Executive Assistant to Directors of Business and Community Relations & Development

About the role
Work closely with the Director of Business Operations and theDirector of Community Relations & Development, providing trustedexecutive support across a diverse portfolio that helps shape thelife of the school.
This full-time, continuing role offers genuine breadth acrossexecutive support, governance and committee administration,projectcoordination,stakeholder engagement andoperationaladministration.You will play a key role in supporting areasincluding finance, human resources, compliance, capitalprograms,enrolments,fundraising, philanthropy andcommunityengagement.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly organised andproactive Executive Assistant who enjoys buildingstrongrelationships,coordinating complex activities and contributing tothe smooth operation of a thriving school community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential executive support including diarymanagement, correspondence, meeting coordination and workflowmanagement for two Directors.
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papersand meeting documentation.
Coordinate governance and committeeadministration,includingmeeting schedules, papers, minutes and actiontracking.
Support projects, events, interviews, workshops and otheractivities across the Business Operations and CommunityRelations & Development portfolios.
Build positive relationships with staff, parents, alumni,donors, suppliers, contractors andexternalstakeholders.
Role Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Demonstrated experience providing executive orsenioradministrativesupport.
Strong organisational, communication andrelationship-building skills, with exceptional attention todetail.
The ability to manage competing priorities, exercise soundjudgement and maintain confidentiality.
Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, includingOutlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
Experience using Copilot willbe highly regarded.
Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (orability to obtain one).
Approval to work in Australia.
