About the Role:

This is an exciting permanent chance for an experienced Payroll & People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team. The role is evenly split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
Managing end‑to‑end payroll
Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and benefits
Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates




Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements

This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a quick‑paced international environment. ADP Celergo experience is ideal.

About You:
Proven experience managing full-function payroll
Hands‑on experience with ADP Celergo
Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment legislation
Background in HR or People Operations with experience supporting day‑to‑day HR administration
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
