Job Description
Liquid Infusion's Ellora St Kilda venue seeks a Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations across cocktails, dining, brunch and private functions.
You'll oversee an established team including a Bar Manager and Head Chef, ensuring a warm guest experience and robust financial performance.
You'll manage labour, costings, stock, margins, and vendor relations, with ownership on site and a clear path for growth.
RSA is required and the weekly roster includes evenings and Sundays.
