Job Description
Jellis Craig Real Estate in Geelong is seeking an experienced Property Investment Manager to join our growing rental team.
You'll own a portfolio, build robust relationships with rental providers and tenants, and drive service excellence across all property management activities.
Your role includes coordinating inspections, managing rent arrears and maintenance, negotiating renewals and bond releases, and representing landlords at VCAT when required, while upholding compliance and Victorian real
