Fook Shing is seeking an experienced, polished waitperson to join our front-of-house team in Kyneton.

You Must Have

Proven experience in à la carte table service within a quick-paced, quality-driven venue
n
Strong knowledge of wine service (confidence presenting, opening,



and serving wine correctly)
n
Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
n
The ability to manage a section independently
n
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
n
