Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Intern Pharmacist to join our team at the beginning of 2027. This internship offers a fantastic prospect to gain hands-on experience in a energetic pharmacy setting, working alongside experienced specialists in a supportive and team-oriented environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with the owner of the Pharmacy to learn about the managerial and ownership side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in dispensing medications and providing accurate medication information to patients.
Professional Services:
Preparing weekly patient medications packs
In-store medication reviews
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Requirements:
Completing a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy, leading to provisional registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA in 2027
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Previous experience working in a Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded
