This role is fulltime casual until Xmas $***** per hour
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Based in Regents Park
Join our Inbound Customer Service and Corporate Outbound teams from Early October through to January.
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, assisting with orders, delivery enquiries and product recommendations.
Key responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and social media
Assist with orders, delivery enquiries and product recommendations
Resolve issues quickly and with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution
Support returns and exchanges with ease and care
Work closely with our warehouse and delivery partners to keep customers informed




Capture customer feedback to help us continually improve
Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with products, promotions and processes
Handle customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
About you
Experience in telemarketing, retail, or customer service
A natural knack for making people feel heard and helped
Excellent communication skills and solid computer literacy
Experience with Shopify or Gorgias highly regarded
