Weekdays only, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. No nights. The roster is built so you can do school drop-off and still be back for pick-up. Weekend shifts are available at award penalty rates if you want them, but they are never expected.

You don't need cleaning experience. We train you — paid — on our own method, with detailed checklists and step-by-step video guides for every task. What we can't train is reliability and care, so that's what we're looking for.

This is paid employment, not a contractor arrangement. You'll work alone in client homes across a small pocket of inner-east and inner-north Brisbane, so you spend your day cleaning rather than driving.

Your hours, your availability
n
We're versatile. Your availability doesn't need to cover all five days or the full 8:00 am – 4:00 pm window. If you can offer two or three consistent weekdays, we'd like to hear from you. Tell us what you can do and we'll build the roster around it.

Pay and progression
n
$***** per hour total package, including superannuation
n
Increases to $***** per hour at three months, based on quality and attendance
n
Annual pay reviews after that
n
Paid travel time between jobs, plus fuel and mileage reimbursement
n
Paid induction and a paid trial clean before you commit
n
Paid annual leave and personal leave

WorkCover Queensland insurance
n
All cleaning products, microfibres, vacuum, and equipment supplied
n
Referral bonus — $100 when someone you refer completes four weeks with us

What we're looking for

Be dependable and punctual — when you say you'll be there, you're there
n
Take pride in their work, with genuine attention to detail
n
Communicate warmly, professionally, and discreetly with clients
n
Be comfortable working alone in someone's home, unsupervised

Hold a current driver's licence (Australian or translated international licence accepted)
n
Have a reliable, registered car available for work, with comprehensive or third-party insurance
n
Have a smartphone with calls, texts, and mobile data — you'll use our job tracking app on every clean
n
Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
n
Have rights to work in Australia
n
Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing and moving for up to 8 hours, climbing stairs, and bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 kg
