Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join a large-scale finance and procurement technology transformation program on a 6-month contract.

You'll work closely with stream leads, process leads, functional consultants and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training across Finance, Procurement and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis and translate role impacts into practical learning pathways
n
Design and develop facilitator guides, learner guides, presentations, job aids, quick-reference guides and system walkthroughs
n
Translate new processes and enterprise system functionality into clear, role-based learning
n
Work with busy SMEs to extract knowledge and develop accurate training content
n
Coordinate content reviews, testing, validation, approvals and version control
n
Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including system demonstrations and practical exercises
n
Support train-the-trainer activities and prepare other facilitators for delivery
n
Manage training deliverables against project schedules and identify risks or dependencies early
n
Develop accessible digital learning resources using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot and other digital tools
n
Support training through go-live and post-go-live reinforcement

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience
n
n
Strong understanding of Finance processes such as procure-to-pay, record-to-report, budgeting and planning
n
Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, procurement or EPM platforms
n
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP or similar
n
Proven ability to translate process and system design into practical, role-based learning
n
Strong Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and SharePoint capability, with experience using Copilot and AI tools
n
Experience developing training materials and delivering training in a business workplace
n
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with SMEs, stream leads and senior stakeholders
n
Excellent written, presentation and facilitation skills
n
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
n
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
n
n
Experience within a large, complex organisation or enterprise-wide transformation program will be highly regarded.
