Your Role
n
As Deli Manager, you'll lead a passionate team, oversee day-to-day deli operations, and ensure exceptional product presentation and customer service. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage stock, food safety, display standards, and team development – all while keeping things clean, organised, and delicious.

Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing deli team.

Deliver excellent customer service with a smile and product knowledge.

Ensure correct storage, food safety, and handling procedures are always followed.

Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays of deli items.

Clean thoroughly and maintain hygiene standards.
n
Monitor stock rotation, ordering, and inventory levels.

Support the Supermarket Manager as needed across broader operations.

You're a natural leader with a genuine passion for excellent food and a high standard of presentation. You love working with people, sharing your knowledge, and creating a friendly, efficient service experience for all customers.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

Proven delicatessen and food retail experience.
n
Food Safety Supervisor certification (Essential).
n
A positive, hands-on leadership style and team-player attitude.
n
High attention to cleanliness, detail, and visual merchandising.
n
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
