We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operation at Park Lane Noosa North Shore Holiday Park. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll lead a diverse team, drive commercial performance and create exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, café, bar, and events.

Working closely with department managers, you'll play a key role in the success of one of the Sunshine Coast's most unique hospitality destinations.

About You

You're a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a quick-paced environment and understands that great venues are built on exceptional service, strong teams and sound commercial decisions.

You'll bring:
n
Leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, resorts, clubs, pubs or tourism operations
n
Experience managing labour, budgets, stock control and operational performance
n
Strong team leadership, coaching and communication skills
n
Experience delivering functions, events, weddings or conferences
n
A guest-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Leading food and beverage operations across the bar, bistro, café and events
n
Driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance
n
Managing labour, budgets, stock control and costs
n
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
n
Overseeing weddings, conferences, functions and special events
n
Maintaining exceptional guest service standards
n
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
n
Ensuring compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace safety requirements
