Job Description
Regen Planters is looking for a hands-on Planting Supervisor to run teams delivering large-scale planting projects on waterways, habitat and urban greening projects across Greater Melbourne and Geelong. You'll lead teams driving high productivity, strong site organisation, and >95% plant survival.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise planting teams on-site
n
Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
n
Coordinate planting programs, logistics, and plant deliveries
n
Train teams in high-speed planting techniques (spades)
n
Track planting rates and drive productivity
n
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience in large-scale planting, landscaping, or restoration
n
Strong leadership and ability to run teams
n
Skilled with planting tools, highly organised, practical, and reliable
n




Physically fit and safety-focused
n
Positive can-do attitude same as the teams you will lead
n
Required: White Card, relevant qualification or experience, driver's licence
n
Bonus: Chemical Users Cert, First Aid
