Service Advisor and Qualified Motor Mechanic needed

Our business is located inBuderim. The business is well established and has been in operation for 12+ years. We repair and service all makes and models. We pride ourselves on our honest and friendly customer service.

Qualifications & experience - Qualified motor mechanic
n
Hold a Cert III (Motor Mechanic) Trade Qualification
n
Roadworthy Licence is a bonus but not a necessity
n
Airconditioning Licence is a bonus but not a necessity
n
Experience in European Motor Vehicles
n
Knowledge of experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles
n
Effective time management skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities
n
Working well in a team setting as well as autonomously
n
Well presented, punctual and responsible




n
Valuable communication skills and a friendly disposition
n
A current Australian Drivers Licence
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
Diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles
n
Resolving a wide range of technical issues from everyday servicing to minor/major repairs
n
Assisting with customer queries both in person and over the phone (when required)
n
Assisting with business improvement implementation
n
Overseeing the running of the workshop (at times)
n
High housekeeping standards and presents to work with a neat and tidy appearance
