TAL is seeking a Senior Internal Dispute Resolution Specialist to lead complex complaints within our IDR function in Sydney. You will own high‐risk investigations, craft compliant final responses, and guide a team of IDR specialists while partnering with claims, underwriting, and external dispute resolution bodies.
