We are now seeking a motivated
WHS Assistant
to join our Silverwater-based team on a full-time basis. This junior role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Workplace Health & Safety while working alongside an experienced WHS Manager.
Full job description
In this role, you will:
Support and become a significant part of the WHS Team in overseeing day-to-day safety operations.
Assist with site compliance checks and audits.
Conduct equipment and gear audits to ensure operational safety.
Manage WHS administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Liaise directly with both B2B clients (including C-suite stakeholders) and blue-collar team members on safety requirements.




Deliver safety training and contribute to tailored safety solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
White Card
(General Construction Induction).
Certificate IV in WHS (completed or currently working towards).
Practical
construction experience
(ideal).
Working at Heights qualification
(advantageous).
A solid understanding of the
WHS Act and Regulations
.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel.
Experience on provide Client Service.
