About the Role:
n
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Venue Manager who is motivated, hands-on & committed person to support daily operations and help lead our dynamic team.
n

Task will include but not limited to;
n
n
Supporting the Director in daily operations across the business, working closely together
n
Adhering to OH&S; and Liquor License compliance
n
Maintain policy and procedures
n
Leading FOH & BOH teams, ensuring exceptional customer service
n
Assist in implementing service improvements and uphold service standards
n
Assisting with training, mentoring and engaging staff
n
Overseeing opening/closing procedures and facilitating smooth shift transitions
n
Managing bookings and floor plans
n
Manage staff rosters and shift checklists
n
n

Key Qualifications/ Experience
n
n
Must have experience in high-volume Cafe, Restaurant & Event operations
n
Must have a minimum of 5 years of hospitality industry experience
n
Hands-on, lived knowledge of food & beverage service
n
Be a great communicator to lead a young and enthusiastic team
n
Responsible for the recruitment of current staff
n
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
n
