Job Description
Randstad HR Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer for a full time, on-site role in Heatherton, delivering end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and operational roles. You will own the recruitment process, build talent pipelines, conduct pre-employment checks, coordinate onboarding, and partner with Operations to drive hiring at pace.
n
1–3+ years' experience and strong stakeholder engagement are essential. Experience in
transport/logistics
is advantageous.
