About the role
n
We're looking for a Work Health, Safety & Training Coordinator to join our Morningside team.
n
This is a hands-on role supporting our people and operations across WHS, training, compliance and continuous improvement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
You'll work closely with our National WHS Manager and site leadership to:
n
n
Coordinate WHS inspections, audits and risk assessments
n
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
n
Manage employee and contractor training and competency records
n
Monitor training compliance and liaise with training providers
n
Coordinate toolbox talks and safety training
n
Maintain WHS systems, reporting and documentation
n




Support emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
n
Promote a positive and practical safety culture
n
n
About you
n
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent
n
2-5 years' experience in WHS, training or compliance
n
Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
n
Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
n
Confidence working with people at all levels
n
Experience with Microsoft Office and WHS systems
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****), First Aid, incident investigation experience, or experience in food manufacturing, seafood, logistics or warehousing will be highly regarded.
