An established and growing private credit fund is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Structured Credit team.
n
Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you'll play a key role in the structuring, execution and ongoing management of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing investment team and gain exposure across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with the structuring and execution of RMBS and ABS transactions.
n
Financial modelling and transaction analysis.
n
Credit and collateral analysis.
n
Support due diligence, execution and settlement processes.
n
Prepare investment papers and committee submissions.
n
Monitor portfolio performance and market developments.
n
Liaise with banks, legal advisers, rating agencies and other transaction stakeholders.
n

About You
n




We're interested in candidates with approximately 2–5 years' experience from one of the following backgrounds:
n
n
Treasury within a non-bank lender.
n
Structured Finance or Securitisation team within a bank.
n
Private credit fund with exposure to RMBS and ABS transactions.
n
Structured credit, debt capital markets or securitisation advisory experience.
n
n
You will ideally possess:
n
n
Solid financial modelling and analytical capability.
n
An understanding of structured finance, securitisation and fixed income markets.
n
Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, economics or a related discipline.
n
