JobResponsibilities:

Mastertheentireprocessofassetacquisition,includingpreparingformalinternal/externalcommunicationdocuments,presentationmaterials,andinvestmentrecommendationreports.

Monitorlandpolicies,foreigninvestmentregulations,taxlaws,ESGrequirements,andindustrytrendsinAustralia,Singapore,andothercountries
;
regularlyproducepolicybriefstosupportinvestmentdecisions.
n
Coordinatewithexternalpartiesincludinglawfirms,transactionbrokers,andtechnicaladvisorstomanagelegal,tax,andoperationalrisksthroughoutcross
-
bordertransactions.

Participateinpost-
investmentmanagementdesign,monitorassetoperationindicatorsandexittimelines,andcoordinateinternalasset,finance,andlegalteamstodriveprojectexecutionthroughouttheentirecycle.

JobRequirements:

n
7+yearsofrealestateinvestmentanddevelopmentexperienceinAustralia,Singapore,orothercountries,withatleast2yearsfocusedonlogisticswarehousingorindustrialrealestate.
n
Successfullyparticipatedin2+overseaslogisticsassettransactions
;
familiaritywithAustraliaandSingaporemarketsispreferred.
n
Abilitytoquicklyinterpretlocalpoliciesincludingforeigninvestment,landuseregulations,andbondedzonepolicies.
n
FluentinChineseandEnglishasworkinglanguages
;
capableofreviewingEnglishcontracts,preparingChineseandEnglishreports,andconductingbusinessnegotiationswithcross
