About the Role
n
You'll work across our five retail locations supporting the day-to-day operations of Valentines Bakehouse and White Owl Coffee.
n
You'll become an important link between our retail teams and senior management, helping ensure our stores consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the high standards our brands are known for.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
n
Training and mentoring our retail teams.
n
Preparing and managing weekly staff rosters.
n
Supporting retail staff across all locations.
n
Visiting stores to ensure presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards are maintained.
n
Ensuring company systems and procedures are consistently followed.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
n
Assisting with staffing across stores when required.
n
Supporting new store openings and future business growth.
n

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone with hospitality or retail experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
n




You don't need years of management experience—we're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

You'll be someone who:
n
n
Has hospitality or retail experience.
n
Enjoys working with and developing people.
n
Leads by example, hands on approach is a must.
n
Is organised, reliable and proactive.
n
Has excellent communication skills.
n
Is eager to learn and grow within the business.
n
Holds a current driver's licence.
n
Is happy travelling regularly between Rutherglen, Albury, Wodonga and Wagga Wagga.
n

Hours
n
This is a full-time salaried position.
n
The role will generally operate across Thursday to Monday, as weekends are when our business is at its busiest and when leadership presence is most valuable.
n
Alternative weekday arrangements can be negotiated for the right applicant; however, regular weekend work is an essential part of this role.
n
