We're looking for an
IT Support Engineer
to join a growing team in Sydney, supporting a modern Microsoft setting and playing a key role in ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to remain hands-on while expanding their exposure to cloud technologies, modern workplace solutions, and infrastructure support.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide end-user support across Microsoft technologies and workplace systems
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
Support and administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments
Manage device provisioning, endpoint management, and application deployments
Administer and support SharePoint Online and collaboration technologies




Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery
Contribute to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
Hands-on experience supporting Intune and Entra ID
Experience with device lifecycle management and endpoint administration
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
