Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
n
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and product information
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
n
Provide technical product support and recommendations
n
Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
n
Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
n
Support business development and sales activities within existing accounts
n
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
n

About You
n

Fluent in Hindi and English
n
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or technical support
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
n
Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments is advantageous
n
Full working rights in Australia (Must be PR or Australia Citizen)
