We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of urban, infrastructure and regional development projects.

Working alongside experienced engineers and project leaders, you'll be involved in projects from concept design through to construction. This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build client relationships, and take ownership of your work while being supported in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
n

Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation for urban and infrastructure projects
n
Undertake engineering calculations, technical assessments and report writing
n
Support project delivery through all stages, from concept design to construction
n




Assist with project and design management activities, including planning, coordination and delivery
n
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
n
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, stakeholders and relevant authorities
n
Deliver high-quality, accurate and compliant engineering outcomes
n
Manage priorities across multiple projects while identifying and communicating risks early
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative engineering solutions
n

About You
n
You are an enthusiastic and solutions-focused engineer who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You Will Bring
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
n
2-5 years' experience in a civil engineering consulting environment
n
Experience delivering civil design solutions across urban development, local government or infrastructure projects
n
Proficiency using AutoCAD and 12d, with experience using drainage and modelling software highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of relevant Australian design standards, engineering principles and documentation requirements
n
Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
A proactive approach, sound engineering judgement and a commitment to quality
n

Membership, or working towards membership, of Engineers Australia
n
Progression towards Chartered status
n
Exposure to project coordination or design management responsibilities
